Key Responsibilities:
Guide suppliers through the onboarding process, ensuring
understanding of platform features and procurement standards
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers,
providing training and support
Gather supplier feedback to inform product enhancements and
optimize their experience
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in supplier management within cooperative
purchasing or public sector procurement
Exceptional interpersonal abilities to inspire trust and create a
positive supplier environment
Track record of identifying challenges and implementing creative
solutions
Comfortable analyzing data to assess supplier performance and
recommend action plans
Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
