Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Security Operations
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the SOC team, providing mentorship and training
Oversee the detection, analysis, and response to security
incidents
Develop and implement incident response plans and ensure compliance
with industry standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a
SOC leadership role
Experience with security monitoring tools, SIEM platforms, and
threat intelligence
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and incident
response
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
Ability to build and grow a team through leadership and
mentorship
