Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Management Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide enrollment assistance and information on HIPP/Premium
Assistance programs to Medicaid eligible recipients
Verify, document, and investigate health care coverage for Medicaid
recipients and their families
Assist in identifying members that may qualify for the HIPP/Premium
Assistance program and complete periodic reports
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry,
healthcare, or government-sponsored programs
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment, making
inquiries and answering calls
Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual preferred; knowledge of healthcare terminology is a
plus
