Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management to lead project management and new product development initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of project managers and cross-functional teams in new product development
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute project management and new product development strategies
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and NPD initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Product Development, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management and product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and new product launches
Strong understanding of new product development processes and project management methodologies
Experience in the Beauty or personal care industry is preferred
