Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join their
founding team and enhance their product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Design, create, and implement the overall QA strategy
Lead and expand the QA team, ensuring high-quality product
delivery
Work closely with co-founders on building core components of the
product
Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-stack QA experience with a history of well-tested
products
Experience managing QA teams across US and India time zones
Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) and tools like
Selenium
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
Knowledge of machine learning, AI, and large language models is a
plus
