Job Description:
A company is looking for a Class Action Counsel, Case Evaluation
attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with local trial teams to conduct fact investigations and
exposure assessments for class actions
Draft legal documents and analyze potential for removal under the
Class Action Fairness Act
Evaluate cases based on client needs, including wage and hour
policies and claims analysis
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour and class
actions
Active bar license in California and the candidate's state of
residence
Experience managing cases through their entire life cycle
Ability to develop damages modeling and exposure assessments using
data analytics
Capability to focus on relevant aspects of a case while conducting
investigations and analysis
