Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Therapist in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and deliver psychosocial treatments and behavioral
interventions for Medicaid patients via evidence-based
psychotherapies
Provide telephonic and SMS-based outreach to Ohio Medicaid patients
who may benefit from behavioral health services
Supervise and lead other therapists, including operational and
clinical support
Required Qualifications
Deep commitment to improving healthcare for underserved
populations
Significant experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy
(CBT)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
2+ years post-Master's-degree experience in delivering psychosocial
treatments
3+ years in a clinical supervisory role
