Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patent Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance
of patent applications
Manage communication and documentation for timely responses and
document preparation
Maintain filing systems, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
arrangements
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree and 2 years of legal experience, or a high
school diploma/GED and 4 years of legal experience
Experience in a law firm is preferred
3+ years of recent patent prosecution experience in a law firm or
corporate law department
Strong computer, word processing, and proofreading skills
Registered Notary Public or willingness to register as Notary
Public
