Job Description:
A company is looking for an HRBP Sr. Lead - North American
Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business
goals
Support talent management activities including succession planning
and performance management
Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive
organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; HR certification is a plus
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly as
an HR Business Partner
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Expertise in talent management and change management strategies
Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics
