Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Underwriter (E&S) to
manage and develop specialty insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Select, price, quote, and review new and renewal business according
to underwriting guidelines
Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale distribution
channels to ensure profitable risk selection
Mentor junior underwriters and share industry knowledge while
producing new business
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of insurance experience in the E&S
environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively
CPCU and/or ARM professional insurance designation strongly
preferred
Willingness to travel nationally for business development
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
effectively
