Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Tax Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage consolidated tax provision, quarterly filings, and
tax-related financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
Lead and mentor the tax team in the provision process from planning
to reporting
Oversee US income tax reporting and improve standardization and
automation in tax compliance processes
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in global corporate tax, including public
accounting experience
5+ years of team management experience in a public company or
corporate tax department
Expertise in accounting for income tax issues and US GAAP
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred
Familiarity with international tax and cross-border differences
