Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Operations Specialist to
enhance support operations within their Revenue Operations
team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize customer support tech stack including
Salesforce, Intercom, and Jira
Utilize AI and automation to improve customer experience and
streamline processes
Create documentation and maintain performance metrics to support
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Support Operations or a similar role
Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce and Intercom, and familiarity with AI
and automation tools
BA/BS degree preferred
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
like Excel or Google Sheets
