Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Retail Account
Coordinator to support Retail customers and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely flow of orders between order entry and warehouse
management systems
Serve as the main point of contact for Retail accounts regarding
order entry, status, pricing, and product information
Utilize Salesforce to process customer cases and maintain
reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
2+ years of Customer Care or Customer Service experience
Experience in EDI
Advanced knowledge in SAP
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
