Key Responsibilities
Manage first calls to new patients and schedule clinician
visits
Assist with system reports and complete workflow tasks accurately
and timely
Work virtually and independently while adhering to organizational
guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
6 months of medical office experience
Two years of customer service experience
Pleasant telephone voice and manner
Basic computer knowledge and skills
