Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their Agile team
and support the development team and product owner in delivering
incremental value each sprint.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and train team members in self-management and Scrum
Values
Guide teams through Scrum practices and encourage best engineering
practices
Facilitate team meetings including Daily Standups, Retrospectives,
and Sprint Planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years
of relevant experience
Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Lead in systems engineering or
IT support
Certified Scrum Master required
Working knowledge of application programming and system design
preferred
Must have US Citizenship for clearance and be able to obtain an ATF
Public Trust Clearance
