Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, ADA Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the ADA team to ensure accurate processing of
accommodations
Conduct staff assessments, training, and performance management
Manage the ADA accommodation lifecycle and ensure compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Vocational Rehab Counseling
preferred
5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, with at least 2 years
in ADA and FMLA
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of EEOC regulations regarding ADA
accommodations
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under
pressure
