contract.
Key Responsibilities
Hire a high volume of non-clinical talent based on organizational
needs
Optimize recruiting strategies for non-clinical and frontline
hires
Collaborate with the recruiting team and internal stakeholders to
meet hiring objectives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in
high-volume recruitment
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
Proven ability to oversee end-to-end high-volume recruitment
processes
Metrics-driven approach to managing the hiring process
Desire for personal and professional growth in the recruiting
field
