Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of the Central Support team to meet
business goals
Manage a team of 10-15 Customer Liaisons and Specialists,
overseeing various support tasks
Ensure departmental KPIs are met and conduct performance analysis
and improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of Call Center Management experience
Proven track record of leading successful Call Centers
Experience in direct management of a team
Program or Client Services management experience is a plus
Call Center vendor management experience is a plus
