Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vendor Contract Analyst to manage
vendor contracts and ensure compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and assess proposed contract standards and language
Coordinate with management to analyze and prepare recommendations
on contract amendments
Act as a subject matter expert on vendor contracts and ensure
compliance with data integrity standards
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly
preferred
3+ years of experience in a procurement or contract role
Previous retail experience is strongly preferred
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite applications, including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient
to perform job duties may be considered
