Job Description:

A company is looking for a People Business Partner to develop and implement People & Culture practices that enhance team member experiences and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop integrated solutions to support organizational business goals
Execute practices across multiple P&C domains, including organizational development and change management
Manage team member relations and contribute to aligning workforce practices with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
Ability to develop relationships across all organizational levels
Demonstrated knowledge of HR law and organizational development principles
Agility to work in ambiguous situations and influence organizational strategy
