A company is looking for a Care Specialist - Military Programs
(Family Support).
Key Responsibilities
Guide military parents in navigating childcare benefits and
matching them with suitable daycare providers
Support licensed daycare providers through the onboarding process
and maintain strong relationships
Manage enrollment processes, track progress, and implement
improvements based on metrics
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or
a customer-facing role
Proficiency in Google Suite, Dialpad, CRM, and Freshdesk
Bachelor's Degree from a university
Strong attention to detail and ability to see the broader
picture
Experience in a customer service environment, particularly over the
phone
