Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations.As part of a unique, passionate, and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations team at Blue Origin, you will be responsible for evaluating TA's operational processes, assess options for improvements, and implement changes for hiring process. You are excited to dig deep into the tactical details of our day-to-day work to uncover opportunities and will partner across TA and with the HR Analytics team to identify and validate insights you discover. You will partner closely with other members of the team to align and develop plans to implement changes that will unblock operational challenges. Additional special projects and analysis may be assigned. You will be reporting to the Director of TA Ops.Responsibilities:Evaluate operational processes across TA; identify and implement improvement opportunitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge and implications of changes to regulationsIncorporate technical/functional hiring needs into effective recruiting processesSupport workshops and events with relevant stakeholders to drive process improvementsResearch industry best practices, conduct analysis and identify improvement opportunities to our recruiting coordination practices and processesSupport the prioritization of proposed process changes from stakeholders; execute on change management plans to implement changesSupport external auditsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related business area is preferred5+ years recruiting and/or Human Resources backgroundExperience of recruitment process developmentUnderstanding of EEO requirements and application to recruiting processProven success with critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills to build solid relationships, develop solutions, and deliver solutionsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and human capital management systemsStrong internal and external customer service focusMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylumDesired:Expertise in Workday, Jira, or similar ATS and ticketing systemsDemonstrated success driving process improvements, including change managementExperience with training development or deliveryStart up, high growth, or ambiguous environment experienceCompensation Range for:CO applicants is $99,330.00-$139,062.00;WA applicants is $108,360.00-$151,704.00Other site ranges may differApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.Inclusivity StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
