Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead cross-functional
teams in delivering agile-based project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates Scrum processes including Daily Scrums, Sprint
Planning, and Retrospectives
Removes impediments and fosters a culture of continuous improvement
within the team
Builds and maintains positive relationships with IT and internal
customers to ensure effective project completion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management,
with at least 2 years in Agile methodologies
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Strong knowledge of Agile approaches and tools
Preferred: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and additional
Agile project management certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP)
