searching for a brilliant Senior Staff Software Engineer to join us
and develop the software infrastructure for high-profile
projects.What You Will Do
- Work with your manager to gather requirements, plan the
implementation, and lead the implementation and delivery of
features in an agile lifecycle.
- Become an expert in the company's internal software system to
best architect and implement our solutions.
- Design and implement software solutions by writing code in a
manner consistent with the company's coding standards and
guidelines.
- Test code to ensure that it is performing as expected in regard
to correctness and performance.
- Manage programming tasks and ensure they are worked on in
priority order as determined by their manager.
- Keep track of bugs in the code and provide fixes in a timely
manner.
- Participate in the planning and scheduling of tasks, and be
responsible for meeting deadlines as determined jointly with their
manager.
- Produce internal and external documentation for software
components.
- Recommend changes and improvements in the overall shared
codebase.
- Stay up-to-date with current development tools, processes, and
techniques as related to the type of programming tasks
assigned.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
development and service issues.About You
- Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS, or MS in Computer Science) or
equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of development experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of team lead and mentorship experience.
- Expert experience with .NET and C#.
- Expert ability to troubleshoot, debug, and performance tune
software code.
- Demonstrable experience building and supporting reliable,
always-on backend services.
- Experience building solutions using AWS and Terraform.
- Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration
systems.
- Experience with scalable distributed systems.
- Experience working with relational databases (Postgres,
MySQL).
- Experience working with non-relational databases (Mongo,
DocumentDB, Dynamo, Redis, ElasticSearch).
- Experience building internal tooling to manage backend services
using Angular.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a lead
position, respecting and welcoming ideas from partners, business
stakeholders, and technical experts.
- Excellent communication skills: must possess strong verbal and
written communication skills, and able to adapt to the level and
nature of their audience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a careful
approach to handling issues.

employment: The target salary range is $156,000 - $202,000. In
addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes
eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of

employment:The base salary range for this position is $156,000 to
$202,000. Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on a
number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills,
competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of
the employee's total compensation package that is provided to
compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role
may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives,
commissions, profit-sharing, or other stock compensation.Benefits
include medical, vision and dental coverage, group and supplemental
life insurance, 401(k) with company match, up to 15 days of paid
time off (PTO), paid sick leave, eight (8) paid holidays per year,
