Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to enhance the
employee experience and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance performance management through the development of
evaluation tools and collaboration with HR Operations
Establish performance metrics in partnership with leadership to
drive continuous improvement
Support employee growth by developing individualized performance
improvement plans and managing employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of HR experience; a Master's in HR or
relevant certification is a plus
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR software and
performance management tools
Basic understanding of state and federal HR requirements and
policies
Passion for fostering an inclusive workplace and driving a positive
employee experience
Proficiency in using HR technology and adapting to new systems
quickly
