Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to manage the full
recruitment cycle for a 6-9 month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings
and candidate sourcing
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
and maintain candidate pipelines
Ensure a positive candidate experience and assist in onboarding new
hires as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced,
remote environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment
tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
