Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pharmacist, Utilization Management (UM)/Prior Authorization (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review coverage determinations and appeals accurately and in a timely manner
Act as a formulary expert and provide drug information resources
Monitor drug utilization and assist in quality and cost control initiatives

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with equivalent experience
1 - 2 years of post-graduate experience
Active and unrestricted State Pharmacy License
Continuing education to maintain an active pharmacist license
Preferred experience in Medicare Part D or Medicaid, and managed care
