This is an exceptional opportunity for a trauma/critical care fellowship trained surgeon to join 4-- surgeons in their long standing, well-established, well respected general surgery practice- in a much sought-after location.---- In this hospital employed position, the candidate will be offered a generous salary and incentive plan in addition to an excellent, comprehensive benefits package.---------------------- 8-10 trauma shifts per montho---- 5 weekday shiftso---- 1 --Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)o---- Would be back up only on 1 day of the 3 day shifto---- Would round on the group---s patients still in house as well as take clinic call during these shifts.-------------------- At least -- day of trauma follow up clinic per week------------------ Open and qualified to moving into a Trauma Medical Director-- role if the opportunity becomes available.------------------ Is comfortable with building a practice and willing to help generate referrals from secondary service areas.--
