Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze quarterly and yearly ASC 740 income tax
provisions and financial statements
Review tax returns and account analyses for accuracy and timely
filing
Manage federal and state tax audits and ensure compliance with tax
laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Taxation or equivalent education and
experience required
Master's degree in Taxation or MBA preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
7 years of experience in a public accounting firm or private
company required
10 years of experience managing federal and state income tax return
compliance required
