Strategic & Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Client Success Managers to enhance performance and
client satisfaction
Oversee day-to-day client relationship management and handle member
escalations
Develop and implement metrics and processes to improve client
service and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in client success management
Proven ability to drive client success in growth-stage
companies
Experience using data-driven insights to optimize processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and employee benefits is a
plus
