Job Description:
A company is looking for an RN Care Manager, offering a $7500
sign-on bonus for full-time weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the continuum of care for patients from admission through
discharge
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure compliance
with regulatory requirements
Document and communicate effectively regarding patient care and
discharge planning
Required Qualifications
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, ADN, or Diploma RN Degree
Three (3) years of RN experience with current BLS certification
Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing License
National Nursing Certification preferred
Certified Case Manager (CCM) or American Case Management (ACM)
certification preferred
