Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Accounting Assistant who will
provide a broad range of support in sales, billing, and accounting
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Creates invoices in the general ledger and verifies GL codes
Tracks receivable and payable activities and assists in preparing
financial packages
Resolves financial queries regarding customer accounts and collects
payments for revenue streams
Required Qualifications
5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
